Overview:

As a Team Lead, you are both a top-performing stylist and brand ambassador and a leader who guides and inspires the Fit & Style Ambassador team. You’ll deliver elevated, boutique-style shopping experiences, actively drive sales, and mentor your team to exceed individual and store goals. You set the standard for excellence in styling, client engagement, and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer through elevated styling and product expertise.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Fit & Style Ambassadors coaching on styling, sales techniques, and client engagement.

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow across styling floor, fitting rooms, checkout, merchandising, and stock areas.

  • Support team in achieving individual and store sales goals, analyzing trends, and recommending action plans.

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires on product knowledge, styling techniques, and brand standards.

  • Maintain and grow the client list, ensuring follow-ups, loyalty initiatives, and repeat visits.

  • Uphold the store environment, ensuring visual merchandising, stock flow, and operational standards reflect Feline Apparel’s luxury aesthetic.

  • Act as a problem solver for client or team concerns, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on scheduling, workforce coverage, and operational decisions.

  • Lead by example by meeting personal sales targets while coaching the team to do the same.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • 1-2+ years of prior experience in a client-focused retail, fashion, or styling role; leadership experience preferred.

  • Passion for athleisure, styling, and luxury customer service.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to drive sales and achieve team targets.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable creating social media content that aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift and lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.

Compensation:

The base rate of pay for this position generally ranges between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Base rate may vary above or below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
