We accept both returns and exchanges. You can return item(s) in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt of purchase. You can exchange item(s) within 21 days of receipt of purchase. If 21 days or more have passed since your order date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please go to our contact page and select RETURNS to facilitate a return or exchange.
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your request. Once your completed form is received, our care team will review and either approve or decline your request.
If your requested exchange is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to ship your items back to us. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from our receipt to receive confirmation for you new items to be shipped to you.
If your requested refund if approved, you will receive an email stating that we have issued your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your credit card statement to reflect your refund.
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
