Overview:

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading a team of Fit & Style Ambassadors to deliver exceptional, elevated shopping experiences. You drive sales, manage operations, and uphold Feline Apparel’s luxury brand standards. You inspire your team, implement strategies to meet business goals, and ensure every guest feels confident, empowered, and connected to the Feline community.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all store team members, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.

  • Drive store sales and operational KPIs, analyzing performance metrics and implementing action plans to meet and exceed goals.

  • Maintain a premium store environment, ensuring visual merchandising, stock flow, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld.

  • Oversee staff scheduling, workforce coverage, and daily operations, including payroll management and adherence to policies.

  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing team development.

  • Ensure consistent customer engagement standards, driving loyalty, client retention, and repeat visits.

  • Act as a problem solver for guest and team concerns, maintaining brand integrity while resolving issues efficiently.

  • Partner with leadership and corporate teams on marketing initiatives, product launches, and events.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and recognize top-performing employees.

  • Monitor and manage inventory, shrinkage, and store resources, ensuring optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or athleisure.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, driving both performance and engagement.

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategy, KPIs, and operational processes.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of making strategic decisions under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Overview:

As a Team Lead, you are both a top-performing stylist and brand ambassador and a leader who guides and inspires the Fit & Style Ambassador team. You’ll deliver elevated, boutique-style shopping experiences, actively drive sales, and mentor your team to exceed individual and store goals. You set the standard for excellence in styling, client engagement, and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer through elevated styling and product expertise.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Fit & Style Ambassadors coaching on styling, sales techniques, and client engagement.

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow across styling floor, fitting rooms, checkout, merchandising, and stock areas.

  • Support team in achieving individual and store sales goals, analyzing trends, and recommending action plans.

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires on product knowledge, styling techniques, and brand standards.

  • Maintain and grow the client list, ensuring follow-ups, loyalty initiatives, and repeat visits.

Overview:

The Experiential Retail Intern will gain hands-on experience in retail, merchandising, fashion branding, and customer engagement. This seasonal internship opportunity is designed for college students and recent graduates eager to build real-world skills in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Interns will work directly under the mentorship of Tori Wells, Founder & CEO of Feline Apparel, supporting operations and brand initiatives at our Holiday Pop-Up Store in Nashville, TN. This program offers an immersive look into the world of fashion retail, brand storytelling, and experiential marketing.

This is not your typical internship. You’ll be expected to think creatively, engage confidently with customers, and bring a polished, fashion-forward presence to every aspect of the in-store experience.

The internship period will be approximately from November 2025 to January 2026. All interns must attend an institution or be a recent graduate located within 50 miles of Nashville, TN. All interns are required to work in person a minimum of 20 hours per week. This is not a remote role.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, Business, or a related field.

  • Live within 50 miles of Nashville, TN (in-person twice a week)

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Confident in customer-facing roles and representing a luxury brand image.

  • Strong sense of style, presentation, and visual aesthetics.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail setting.

  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive attitude.

  • Comfortable using basic technology and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to support in-store promotions and digital engagement.

  • Interest in brand storytelling and creative marketing strategies.
