Overview:

Tori Wells & Co. Agency, a creative intelligence marketing agency for fashion, music, and modern founders, is proud to launch its Fall 2025 Internship Cohort in partnership with Feline Apparel—a luxury athleisure brand. This immersive experience is designed for college students and recent graduates eager to gain real-world skills in fashion, branding, content, and communication across industries.

Interns will work directly under the guidance of agency founder and CEO, Tori Wells, contributing to projects for both Feline Apparel and external clients—including independent musicians and emerging lifestyle brands.

This is not your typical internship. You’ll be expected to think boldly, collaborate cross-functionally, and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table. Interns will gain first-hand exposure to fashion campaigns, personal branding for artists, digital storytelling, and modern marketing techniques.

The internship period will be approximately from August 26, 2025 to November 21, 2025. All interns must attend an institution or be a recent graduate located within 50 miles of Nashville, TN. All interns are required to work in person twice a week. This is not a remote role.

Internship Roles:

  • Brand Strategy Intern - Assist in developing positioning, storytelling, and campaign strategy for clients and brand partners.

  • Fashion Styling Intern - Work on product styling, campaign shoots, and lookbook development for Feline Apparel and client-facing projects.

  • Public Relations Intern - Contribute to PR strategy, pitch writing, media list building, and outreach for brand campaigns, events, and artist promotions.

  • Social Media Intern - Support planning and scheduling of social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and cross-platform content.

  • Media Production Intern - Capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage, product showcases, interviews, and content for marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, Business, or a related field.

  • Live within 50 miles of Nashville, TN (in-person twice a week)

  • Proactive work style with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Enthusiasm for fashion and an interest in the luxury athleisure market.

  • Experience with Google Suite, Canva, Trello, Adobe, and social media platforms

  • Strict and accurate adherence to company’s policies and systems.

  • Time management and prioritization skills.

  • Team player, able to take direction and run with it.

  • Able to demonstrate initiative and ownership.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands.

  • A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress.

  • Build excellent relationships with teams through positive communications.

  • Comfortable interacting with individuals of all levels and providing input and guidance as needed.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise up to 25 pounds.

  • Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including potentially inclement weather conditions.

  • Own a laptop.

  • Ability to travel domestically: If travel is required, interns will be responsible for arranging and covering their own travel arrangements.

Compensation:

This internship does not provide monetary compensation however, interns may receive comparable benefits such as mentorship, professional development opportunities, and valuable hands-on experience in their chosen field.
