Overview:
As a Fit & Style Ambassador, you are the face of Feline Apparel and bring our brand to life every day. You’ll deliver an elevated, boutique-style shopping experience by engaging with guests one-on-one, offering personalized styling, and building meaningful client relationships. More than a sales associate, you’ll act as both a stylist and brand advocate — inspiring confidence, creating loyalty, and helping every guest feel part of the Feline community.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer through elevated styling and product expertise.
Conduct styling sessions to curate outfits that fit each client’s lifestyle and enhance their confidence.
Build and maintain a client list to track preferences, styling history, and follow-up opportunities.
Follow up with clients post-purchase via phone, email, or text to encourage return visits and additional styling appointments.
Create social content during scheduled shifts to showcase styling, new collections, and client experiences (following brand guidelines).
Participate in automatic brand spotlight features on Feline Apparel’s channels by submitting approved content.
Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and team goals; convert styling sessions into measurable results.
Educate guests on product features, benefits, and the Feline Apparel brand story.
Introduce clients to our membership program, events, and community initiatives.
Support store operations by assisting in all areas: styling floor, fitting rooms, checkout, merchandising, and stock flow.
Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store environment reflects Feline’s luxury aesthetic.
Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless, inspiring guest experiences.
Lift, move, and handle merchandise as needed (up to 30 lbs).
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Prior experience in a client-focused retail, fashion, or styling role is a plus.
Passion for athleisure, styling, and luxury customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; natural at building relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable creating social media content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.

Compensation:
The base rate of pay for this position generally ranges between $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Base rate may vary above or below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
