Overview:

As a Personal Shopping Consultant, you will deliver a boutique-style, elevated shopping experience by engaging with customers one-on-one, building relationships, and guiding them through personalized styling sessions. You will help grow Feline Apparel’s loyal client base by maintaining follow-up communication and scheduling future styling appointments to foster ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer.

  • Build and maintain a client list to track customer preferences and follow-up opportunities.

  • Conduct styling sessions to help clients select apparel that fits their lifestyle and enhances confidence.

  • Follow up with clients post-purchase via phone, email, or text to encourage return visits and additional styling appointments.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and brand story to educate clients effectively.

  • Assist with merchandising and store upkeep to maintain a premium shopping environment.

  • Support the Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations as needed.

  • Lift and move merchandise as needed (up to 30 lbs).

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

  • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with follow-up communications and relationship building.

  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the pop-up period.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
