Overview:
As a Personal Shopping Consultant, you will deliver a boutique-style, elevated shopping experience by engaging with customers one-on-one, building relationships, and guiding them through personalized styling sessions. You will help grow Feline Apparel’s loyal client base by maintaining follow-up communication and scheduling future styling appointments to foster ongoing relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer.
Build and maintain a client list to track customer preferences and follow-up opportunities.
Conduct styling sessions to help clients select apparel that fits their lifestyle and enhances confidence.
Follow up with clients post-purchase via phone, email, or text to encourage return visits and additional styling appointments.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and brand story to educate clients effectively.
Assist with merchandising and store upkeep to maintain a premium shopping environment.
Support the Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations as needed.
Lift and move merchandise as needed (up to 30 lbs).
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with follow-up communications and relationship building.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the pop-up period.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
