Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Shopping Consultant to represent Feline Apparel nationwide. In this role, you will engage directly with potential customers at events, pop-up shops, trade shows and online promoting our products and fostering brand awareness. You will act as the face of our brand in various community initiatives, driving engagement and sales through direct interaction with our target audience. This role is a hybrid, full-time position with a mix of online sales and event-based sales. Online sales will be remote, while event-based selling requires in-person participation as events occur. You will participate in various opportunities that offer engagement nationally through initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities:
Engagement: Actively participate in national events, pop-up shops, trade shows, and community activities to showcase our products and engage with potential customers, utilizing your selling skills to drive sales.
Promote Brand Awareness: Utilize your outgoing personality and passion for the brand to create excitement and interest among customers, sharing our mission, values, and product offerings effectively.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, fitness instructors, and local influencers, leveraging your interpersonal skills to foster a supportive brand community.
Sell Products: Utilize strong selling techniques to engage customers, demonstrate product benefits, and close sales effectively at events and pop-ups.
Collect Feedback: Gather insights from customers and community members about our products and brand, sharing this feedback to enhance our offerings.
Represent the Brand: Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic representative of Feline Apparel, embodying our values of empowerment, elegance, and inclusivity.
Requirements:
High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Passion for fashion, particularly in athleisure and activewear.
Experience in sales, marketing, or community engagement is a plus.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record in engaging customers and closing sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic personality that can easily connect with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel nationally to new markets for events and engagements.
Familiarity with our brand values and mission.
